GOOSYNN Ti-Fi titanium fiber rope spokes use a type of aramid fibers, which is known as one of the best bulletproof fibers. Both the rim-end and flange-end of the spokes are made of titanium.
Our Ti-Fi spokes are compatible with regular carbon-spoke hubs. The bodies of both rim-end and flange-end are with a maximum diameter of 4mm, and the rim-end uses M4*0.5 aluminum nipples.
So far we have finished 5 lab tests including: Tensile Test and Fatigue Test on Ti-Fi Spoke, while Impact Test, Vertical Stiffness Test and Fatigue Test on Ti-Fi-Spoke Wheel.
Currently Ti-Fi Spoke has applied for national patents in China, and we are preparing for the international ones.
GOOSYNN Ti-Fi-Spoke wheel-sets are launching to meet the safer, lighter and more comfortable demands of high-end cycling enthusiasts and professional cyclists in the market, with specially lightweight and high-performance materials, including our patented Ti-Fi spokes, top coating-free carbon rims and TPI/CEMA ceramic hub bearings etc.
Ti-Fi spokes have the same locking system and installation method as carbon spokes, which enables the wheel-building to be finished smoothly and effectively, neither requiring complex tools, nor need for frequent truing. We have Ti-Fi Spoke Installation Guide for your information.
After the wheel-building process is complete, we will perform 2~3 times stress-relief until the rope spokes no longer elongate. We guarantee that our Ti-Fi spokes are in a non-elongated state before we deliver them. We would recommend tuning the wheel-set after one year of normal use, to ensure the optimal performance and safety of it.
With Ti-Fi spokes, normally we supply complete Ti-Fi-Spoke wheel-sets, for several cooperated wheel-set brands who share the same visions and values, we can supply Ti-Fi Spoke-Hub System to build with their own rims, we don’t supply separate Ti-Fi spokes for now, to make sure the innovative products work smoothly at the initial stage.
Ti-Fi spokes use an innovative aramid fiber with the original gold color, it is not compatible with any paint which might affect the fiber material performance. We give priority to the performance rather than offer more color options.
