Body: Double-forged with 6061 aluminum alloy, with good flexibility, strong corrosion resistance and excellent surface treatment.
Axle: Extruded with 7075 aluminum alloy, first hard anodized then polished by hand, the fit tolerance of +/-0.002mm with Bearing, and +/-0.005mm with End Cap.
End Cap: Made of 6061 aluminum alloy, with full inspection by go-no go gauge, and the fit tolerance of +/-0.005mm with Axle.
Freehub: Forged with 7075 aluminum alloy, with high precision and highly matched with flywheel.
Ratchet: Made of modified steel and passed by 10,000 fatigue tests, with stable and reliable performance.
Bearing: S&S steel ball bearings are used by default (S&S ceramic, TPI and Enduro bearings are optionally available to quote). It is also acceptable that clients provide own bearings.
