Titanium tubing offers a lightweight alternative to steel, allowing for larger diameters without sacrificing weight. This results in increased stiffness for optimal power transfer to the rear wheel, while still providing a comfortable ride. Our metal frames are customizable to meet the specific preferences of each customer, with options for ovalized and hydroformed tubing to enhance the frame's performance.
Comfort
Aluminum tubing for bicycle frames requires a larger diameter due to its weaker and less stiff nature, in order to ensure a satisfactory fatigue life. However, this often results in a harsh and exhausting ride, particularly when paired with narrow, high pressure road tires. On the other hand, titanium possesses enough strength and fatigue resistance to avoid the need for excessively oversized tubes. This allows for a smooth and resilient ride on rough surfaces, effectively absorbing road vibrations and minor bumps. While steel frames with smaller tubes can offer a similar level of compliance, they may not be as comfortable. Steel may be real, but titanium truly possesses a touch of magic.
Durability
Titanium is known for its exceptional resistance to corrosion, surpassing even stainless steel. One of its advantages is that it can be painted or left unpainted, unlike steel or aluminum, eliminating the need to worry about scratches. Additionally, the internal cable routing is made easy due to the tubes' natural resistance to rust and corrosion. Unlike aluminum, titanium has a fatigue limit, ensuring that it will not fatigue as long as it is not stressed beyond this limit or damaged. Moreover, titanium has the ability to flex three times further than aluminum and twice as far as steel without sustaining permanent damage. On the other hand, carbon fiber is highly susceptible to crash and notch damage, which can lead to catastrophic failure. Furthermore, the epoxy matrix in carbon fiber degrades over time when exposed to sunlight's UV rays. In contrast, a titanium frame has the potential to last a lifetime and even longer.

How to order customized frames?
1. Submit your plans
Please provide us with the measurements and specifications of your desired bike or a sketch of what you want. For the quickest service, use our frame price estimate form. Your personal information will assist us in selecting the optimal tubing size and wall thickness to enhance your performance and comfort. We will promptly send you a price quote.
2. We design until you are completely satisfied
To start the process, you can make a 30% nonrefundable deposit using PayPal or wire transfer. Our draftsmen will then create CAD drawings of your frame, taking into account your preferences for fittings and options. We will make any necessary revisions until you are completely satisfied with the design.
3. Start making the frame
Once you give your approval to the final design, we will start making the frame using the final CAD drawings. It's important to understand that making design changes after this stage may be challenging and could increase the cost of the frame, depending on how much progress has been made in the fabrication process.
4. Enjoy the craftsmanship, enjoy the process
The tubing is accurately cut and mitered before being TIG-welded by skilled craftsmen. Our team conducts quality assurance checks to ensure proper frame alignment, and we also ream and face the head tube and bottom bracket. The usual time for building is between 35 to 45 days from the date of order placement. We will send you photos of the frame as it gets closer to being finished.
5. Your own unique logo printed
You can have your own unique logo printed on the downtube, top tube, or head tube of your bike for a small fee. Just send us your graphics in Adobe Illustrator, SVG, or high resolution 150-300 dpi JPG or PNG formats. Once the frame is sandblasted or brushed, we will imprint your logo using a contrasting process.
6. Packing and shipping
After settling the payment, we will carefully pack and ship the frame to any international destination. It will be fully insured to protect against any loss or damage. You will receive a tracking number for your convenience. We trust EMS and DHL as our top shipping providers. The delivery time is estimated to be 7 to 10 working days after the item is shipped.
